All accepted submissions must go through the editorial process.

Throughout this process, you are no more than 24 hours away from e-mail or phone contact with your title coordinator. This coordinator is your contact for every aspect of the production process and will apprise you of the status of your manuscript, responding to your questions and concerns promptly.

FTP Publishing Services does not share in any profit from your book. You own 100% of the rights to your material.

How to Submit Your Work

If you’re ready to have an objective eye take a look at your work, please e-mail the following to ftpublish@gmail.com:


Please send a sample page of your manuscript.


1. Send within the body of the email.

2. Include contact information, genre, and a brief synopsis of the manuscript and the number of words in the total body of work.

Please do not send your complete manuscript until we have requested it in a reply to your e-mail.

Manuscript (when requested):

1. Send as an attachment (Microsoft Word or PDF)

2. Use 12-point Times New Roman font, double-spaced

3. Use one-inch margins on all sides

4. Have pages numbered and the name of the manuscript, as well as the author’s name on each page.

We will send you a confirmation email, along with our signed confidentiality agreement within
7-10 business days, acknowledging that we have received your manuscript.

Author Payment Options

FTP Publishing Services will provide each author with a customized quote that takes into consideration the extent of services needed. Each author will receive a formal contract, which will be discussed and agreed to prior to the commencement of any payment or services rendered.

We accept payment through either of the following:


PayPal is a secure, easy way to make payments online. The service allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts, or account balances, without sharing financial information.


FTP Publishing Services does accept personal checks. Please note: Services cannot be rendered until checks have cleared.

 Installment Plan

We realize the need for some clients to utilize a payment-plan structure.

Authors choosing to use our payment-plan structure will be billed in three installments, with 30% due at the time the contract is signed.
